Prom

Each student/guest participating in the 2025 Prom must complete two permission forms.  Forest Hills students attending the Prom should complete the two forms for Forest Hills Students Only.  If a guest from another school is attending the Prom, the guest must complete the two forms for the Guest from Another School forms.  If a guest who graduated from high school and is under the age of 21 plans to attend the Prom, the guest must complete the two forms for the Out-of-School Guests forms.
