Parent Responsibility for Student Placement Form (waiver)

A waiver is a contract between the student and parent(s) and the School District.  It provides a placement which supersedes the teacher-recommended level.  The student may pursue such a contract.  This action carries with it responsibility and accountability.  Thus, abuse of the waiver system will have consequences. Neither curricular content nor performance expectations of a course will be deleted or diminished to accommodate wavered students.  Please read the waiver form carefully prior to signing and turning it in.
